Information you provide
Enquiry forms collect your name, phone number, class and enquiry details, and optional email where offered. Account registration collects your name, email and password. Learning features can store the questions, answers, scores, plans and progress associated with your account. Do not include student names, phone numbers or other identifying details in uploaded questions or images.
How information is used
EDUVISTA uses enquiries to respond about tuition or resources, account information to provide access and verification or recovery emails, and learning records to provide the requested learning features. An enquiry does not authorize unrelated bulk promotional messages. Administrators can review enquiry records and account or operational information needed to run the service.
AI and third-party services
When you request AI help, your question and any image you submit are sent to the configured AI provider. The current service uses Google Gemini. AI responses can be incorrect: check academic explanations against your textbook or teacher. Hosting and email services process information necessary to operate the website and send requested account emails. Opening WhatsApp, Instagram, external textbooks or embedded media connects you to those providers under their own policies.
Browser storage and security
The website uses a secure session cookie for sign-in and browser storage for preferences and selected learning or access features. A service worker caches selected application assets for offline use; private API responses are not included in that cache. Account passwords are stored as password hashes. Technical request and error records support security, quotas and troubleshooting.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry, account and learning records persist on the server, and operational backups may contain copies. Automated deletion after a fixed period is not currently implemented. Contact EDUVISTA to ask about your information, corrections or deletion; describe the relevant account or enquiry without sending your password. A request may require identity verification before action. No specific deletion period is promised here.
Students and parents
Parents or guardians should guide younger students in account use and uploads. Share only information needed for your enquiry or learning task. Avoid uploading personal details about other students or third parties.
